Account information is retained while your subscription is active. Billing records are kept for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. Other account data is deleted within 30 days of account closure.

Usage and Technical Data

Retention Period: 2 years for analytics, 1 year for logs

Usage analytics are retained for 2 years to improve our services. Technical logs and diagnostic data are kept for 1 year for security and troubleshooting purposes.

Marketing Data
